· About Intercraft :

InterCraft  InterCraft is a company located in Sfax/Tunisia specialized in the manufacture and export of olive wood items to international market for more than 10 years. We are using more than 4000 M2 for production .

We have experience in production with important customers from the Japan and the EU.
Our target is always the satisfaction and the enjoy of our customers, for that we always choose carefully the finest quality of the craftsman's professionalism. All our products are handmade and handcraft.

· New Accounts :

New customers may be required to complete a Credit Application Form.

First orders strictly pro-forma. This may also apply to second orders.

· Put an order :

- Or via e-mail.
Please mention the product code and the size in your email. If you have special request on the design or colour, also feel free to contact us.
As we receive your order we will promptly give our response confirming the availability of the product you ordered within 48 hours

· Policy :

By being consumers ourselves, we understand the need of protection consumers must have while buying online. We will only collect the minimum information needed to process your order, to verify that you are the actual card owner (for your protection as well as for ours), and to contact you regarding your order.

· Payment :

PAYPAL : we accept payment via Paypal  For small orders

We request wire payment via Bank to Bank TT (Telegraphic Transfer).
At confirmation of order we request a 50% deposit for the products. The balance, the final 50% for products and the shipping cost (100% ) to be paid when the container is sealed and ready to be delivered to the port.

For LCL shipments we request 100% remittance in advance

· Olive Wood Products :

As our products are handmade, it is reasonable to expect some variation.

Therefore on some occasions this may happen. Every care is taken to make sure the pictures and descriptions are representative, and all goods dispatched are of equal quality.

Just remember every item is unique, a valuable product asset!

· Inspection :

· Returns and Refunds :

We do make sure we are careful to check products before they are packed and dispatched!

Should you receive any shortages or damages in your delivery please notify us within 15 working days.

Please note we reserve the right to either issue a refund or replace the goods in question.

· Shipping :

We deliver your order by air or sea freight
*Small order via post or DHL 
*Medium order via air-way
*Big order via sea-way
We will get you the best shipping price, which will be informed as soon as you place your order.
We have partner in the shipping line so we can give you a better price, however if you prefer to use your own cargo it will be welcome.
We handle the packing, but some handicraft need special handling so we might charge you for it
